Mg Taxi as a taxi services provider completely agrees and follows Francis Bacon’s quote while delivering the taxi services and sharing it with our Chauffeurs as well. We want to quote here that our Chauffeurs also work hard and give their level best to provide satisfactory taxi services to the customers.

Apart from training and awareness, we have control in place so that we can provide complaint-free taxi services in Jaipur, nevertheless, If we get any feedback from the customer for a behavioural or any other issue,  we resolve and take appropriate action on priority. However, we don’t have as such.

How we hire a good driver / Chauffeurs? 

1. 1. Reference:  it plays a vital role in driver hiring, we ask for references as it gives us insight into the driver’s background and behaviour. knowing the driver’s background helps us to avoid future obnoxious events.
   2. Document: Since Valid licence and Adhaar cards are regulatory requirements hence we strictly adhere to it.
   3. Driving Skill Test: This s quite interesting and important before hiring a driver and aligning him for taxi services, We ask him to drive the taxi to any distanced tea shop, during this trip, we observe the following skills and behavioural things.
      1. How does he drive the car? smooth or rash
      2. How much distance he is keeping from other vehicles?
      3. How does he sit in the driver seat?
      4. We talk with him and observe, is he concentrating on driving on talking with us?
      5. We ask to overtake of the other vehicle and many other minor things.
