Terms and Condition:
Chauffeur Driven Car Rental Services

1. Eligibility:
Should be of minimum 18 years and above. – Children below the age of 18 can’t travel alone and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
2. Booking Process :

- All booking to be confirmed on our Whatsapp number (+91 9403891000 or email) and customer acceptance on terms and condition by replying “Ok” on WhatsApp. or email.
- All Tolls, Taxes, and Parking Fees are borne by the customer (if not part of the agreed package). All distance and time are calculated from Garage to Garage. Any damages to the vehicle either temporary or permanent, done by the customer will be fully reimbursed by the customer to the extent that the vehicle is fully back up into operation.
- Airport transfers are not part of the outstation/local trips. Please verify with us if you are planning an Airport pickup/Drop off service.
- We reserve the right to refuse bookings or on-boarding of customers without any explanation as per our safety and security standards even if the booking has been received.

3. Booking Cancellations: Booking needs to be cancelled through Whatsapp (+91 9403891000) as per the below cancellation policy.

4. Cleanliness:
The company does not allow the Vehicle to be used to carry pets, goods, or any other object which can annihilate the upholstery/any of the vehicles. In such an event, the User will be charged the actual cost of repairing/cleaning of interior/exterior of the vehicle.
5. Modify Bookings:
For Chauffeur-driven customers can modify: Booking Period, Reporting Address, City, Car, and Service Type (Airport Transfer/Within City/Outstation/One Way Transfer).
6. Extra: KM/Hr, Parking & Tolls:
In case of extra km running, Parking and toll charges to be borne by the customer (if not part of the package). On Extra Usage the cost of Extra hour and/or Extra KMs will be charged.
7. Replacement of the Car :
Replacement Vehicle shall be provided within city limits only (Subject to availability of similar segment in the city) in all such cases wherein a Vehicle develops mechanical error and restrain the User from its use. In a case, wherein the Vehicle develops such error outside the city limit, a replacement Vehicle will not be provided and an amount equivalent to the agreed rental will be charged. Company decision related to replacement vehicle will be final.
8. Customer Responsibility :

- Our chauffeurs will drive cars as per the legal RTO regulations put forth in each city with respect to speed, routes and style of driving.
- Influencing the chauffeur to drive rashly, at high speed or abusing our chauffeurs in any way is strictly prohibited. All complaints must be directed to MGTAXI.com at any point in time before, during or after the journey.
- Adding more passengers than the legal limit is strictly not allowed and the vehicle will simply return to the garage in such cases without any refund.
- Our chauffeurs will have full authority to deny boarding to customers in case of any alcohol, food and drink or any other potential hazards to the safety and features of the vehicle or journey. He may simply return to our office without informing us in such cases.
- Carrying illegal Firearms, ammunition, drugs or any other illegal activities is prohibited and the journey shall be continued and the vehicle returns the moment it is found out.
- Customers will be responsible for any damage that may occur to the car or chauffeur if they influence the chauffeur to drive/do things that are not in the purview of the agreed plan/trip/contract. In Chauffeur driven cars, the maximum driving duration is for 12Hrs and 300 Kms only [whichever occurs first]. We reserve the right to stop the journey as it is not good for neither the chauffeur nor the car for prolonged journeys.
- Our chauffeurs must be treated with respect, dignity, and humility. Abusing them in any manner might lead to legal action against the customer.
- In case if the car is used for any illegal activities, the customer will be completely responsible for the entire issue including the compensation to us.
- The safety of our vehicle, chauffeur, and passengers is of utmost importance to us. In case if we feel the contractual terms or safety standards are compromised for whatever reason, we may recall the car and chauffeur unconditionally. Refunds are subject to further evaluation of the situation
- We usually have a good mix of latest and previous generation cars in the fleet. We strive to send you the latest editions based on availability but can’t guarantee new or latest models always. If you have specific requirements for certain models, please call us and specify the requirement so that we can explore the serviceability
- All of our chauffeurs are COVID19 vaccinated and have been trained on professional etiquette and standards of customer interaction. However, we declaim all representations and responsibilities in case the chauffeur conducts any misbehavior/inappropriate activities or performs any kind of activity which is against the law of the land.

9. Disclaimer
1. The User acknowledges that the use of the Services is at his sole risk. Mgtaxi.com disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind, whether express or implied as to the condition, suitability, quality, merchantability, and fitness of the Services offered by it.
2. MGTaxi.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage, however, caused or suffered by the User arising out of the use of the Services or due to Mgtaxi.com (Mathuralal Grandson Corporation) failure to provide the Services at all, for any reason whatsoever whether or not beyond the control of Mgtaxi.com
10. Validity of the conditions

- MG Taxi reserves the right at his sole decision to change or amend the Conditions unilaterally and without prior notice.
- Any controversies between Enterprise and the Renter will be settled between the parties during the negotiations. If a settlement cannot be reached, then the dispute will be passed to the Jaipur jurisdiction according to the legislation of the state.

11. Refund Policy:
1. Refunds for cancellations or settlements will be processed within 15 days of approval.
2. Refunds are subject to the trip cancellation policy outlined above.
3. Mgtaxi.com is not liable for delays in refunds caused by force majeure events or delays at the bank or UPI provider’s end.
